Let your children dash into the delights of the season with mindfulness at our Wee Winter Wonders Workshop.  This will be a daytime event for kids, ages 5 to 11.  At this event, children will learn how to be mindful and at peace by learning how to focus their thoughts through meditation, stretching, drawing, and journaling.  We'll talk about diversity and create marshmallow snowflakes.  Each child will produce their own mindful mantra, and we will be painting mindful mantra mugs to take home, but first, we will drink hot chocolate and cider from them and learn about the importance of light and darkness.  Additionally, we'll learn about some of the countries around the world who celebrate with festivals of light during these long, dark, winter months.
