Let your children manifest all of their dreams in the New Year with our New Year, New Yay Workshop. This will be a daytime event for kids, ages 5 to 11. At this event, children will learn how to be mindful and at peace by learning how to focus their thoughts through meditation, stretching, drawing, and journaling. We'll talk about diversity and create achievable goals to help our world become a more inclusive place. Each child will produce their superhero goals and intentions, and we will be creating our own superhero capes and collaged vision boards to take home!
